VOYA Roastery

A specialty roastery built end-to-end by DXB — hand-shaped sage plaster, a sculpted coffee bar under carved walnut lettering, and a planted timber pergola overhead.

The brand mark is cut from solid walnut and floated across micro-cement walls, lit by raking daylight from a clerestory. The bar is a single sculpted plaster mass with arched niches, finished in honed black stone and built around the espresso line.

Upstairs, a slatted timber pergola carries trailing greenery over patterned cement-tile floors; the washrooms pair tadelakt walls with terrazzo and book-matched marble. Every surface was detailed, procured and installed in-house.
